Abacus.AI External Service Connectors

Abacus.AI allows you to add datasets to your project from the storage buckets located in your cloud service. We support the following platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Salesforce.

We have intuitive user interfaces to make it easy for you to make the most of your cloud storage services while using our platform. Follow the links below to get help on connecting your storage buckets to Abacus.AI:

AWS S3 Bucket
Abacus.AI allows you to attach datasets to your project from your own AWS S3 buckets.
Google Cloud Platform Bucket
Abacus.AI allows you to connect your Google Cloud storage buckets and train models using data read directly from them.
Azure Data Storage
Abacus.AI allows you to attach datasets to your project from your own Azure blob storage.
SFTP Storage
Abacus.AI allows you to attach datasets to your project from SFTP storage specifically provisioned for your organization and hosted by Abacus.AI.
Snowflake Database
Abacus.AI allows you to attach datasets to your project from your own Snowflake.
BigQuery
Abacus.AI allows you to attach datasets to your project from your BigQuery dataset connector.
Salesforce
Abacus.AI allows you to connect your Salesforce Account and train models using data directly from it.
ODBC/JDBC
The Abacus.AI platform provides an ODBC/JDBC connector as one of the options for you to attach datasets to your project from your own databases.
Marketo
Abacus.AI allows you to attach datasets to your project from your Marketo service.
Confluence
In Confluence, you need to generate an api token to authenticate your Abacus.AI Confluence connector.
Zendesk Help Center
You need to authorize your API requests to be able to using the Abacus.AI Zendesk connector.
Freshservice
Abacus.AI enables seamless integration with Freshservice, allowing you to sync your support and IT service management data directly into your Abacus.AI projects. Set up the connector to start leveraging your Freshservice data for analytics and insights.
Slack App
Before you can query Abacus.AI in Slack, you must setup a Slack connector in the Abacus.AI platform (as a logged in Abacus user).
Microsoft Teams App
If you're experiencing issues using the Abacus.AI Chatbot in Microsoft Teams, please send an email to support@abacus.ai, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
