Send an email to the specified email address with provided subject and contents.

Arguments:

REQUIRED	KEY	TYPE	DESCRIPTION
Yes	email	str	The email address to send the email to.
Yes	subject	str	The subject of the email.
Yes	body	str	The body of the email.
No	isHtml	bool	Whether the body is html or not.

Note: The arguments for the API methods follow camelCase but for Python SDK underscore_case is followed.
