Allowlisting Abacus.AI Egress IPs
When you connect Abacus.AI to a data source that sits behind a firewall (databases, file stores, application APIs, SFTP servers, etc.), your network may need to allow inbound traffic from the Abacus.AI egress IP addresses. These are the addresses Abacus.AI connects from when reaching your data source.
The IPs you need to allowlist depend on the Abacus.AI product you are using.
The addresses below are for the US region. If you operate in a different region, please reach out to support@abacus.ai to get the correct list of IPs to allowlist.
Enterprise
If you are an Enterprise customer, allowlist the following AWS egress IP addresses:
| AWS Egress IP (US) |
|---|
54.237.164.35 |
23.21.205.49 |
18.210.122.144 |
52.71.47.175 |
3.88.97.40 |
52.22.144.113 |
52.34.76.202 |
3.99.255.130 |
35.171.48.46 |
Self-Serve
If you are using our Self-Serve products such as Agent or ChatLLM, allowlist the following CIDR range instead:
| Egress CIDR Range (US) |
|---|
198.212.42.0/24 |
Not sure which plan applies to you? Enterprise customers are provisioned on dedicated infrastructure and should use the individual IP list above, while ChatLLM and DeepAgent users fall under Self-Serve. If you are unsure, contact support@abacus.ai.
