What is the referral program all about?​
The referral program provides an opportunity to earn money by inviting friends and family to ChatLLM Teams. You can earn up to $5.00 for each new user who signs up using your unique referral URL.
How much do I earn per referral?​
Referral payouts follow a tiered structure:

- New referrers earn $3.50 when a referred user signs up for a Basic plan.
- Once you have accumulated at least $25 in referral earnings over the last 90 days, your basic payout increases to $5.00 per referred user.
- You earn an additional $1.50 if the referred user later upgrades to the Pro plan.
What is the difference between referring someone and inviting someone?​
When you invite someone to your team, they become part of your organization. You can share any ChatLLM applications you build, control their access, and even share chats among team members in the organization. Additionally, the admin will be responsible for the organization's billing which is determined by the number of members in the organization.
On the other hand, referring someone means that the referred individual will have to create their own account and will not be part of your organization. You and the referred user will operate as two separate entities, completely independent from each other.
Will I earn money if I invite someone to my team?​
Unlike referrals, no money will be earned if you invite someone into your organization.
How do I refer someone?​
Please use your unique referral URL available at https://apps.abacus.ai/chatllm/admin/referrals/ to refer friends. You can also enter their email address and we will send them an invite with your unique referral URL.
When and how do I get paid?​
You get paid when a new user signs up using your referral URL. You can choose to receive your payment through either PayPal or Stripe. You can track all your referrals at https://apps.abacus.ai/chatllm/admin/referrals/.
Why is my cashout option grayed out?​
Your cashout option will be grayed out if you have 0 available balance.
What do the different referral statuses mean?​
Your referral payments might have the following statuses:
Available: This status indicates that your referral has signed up and the money is available for cashout.
Redeeming: This state indicates that you have requested a cash out of your available balance but the payment is not yet completed. It shouldn't be in this state for more than a few hours.
Redeemed: This indicates that you have successfully cashed out the referral credit.
How much will I earn if I refer a new user who invites more people to their organization?​
You will earn the applicable referral payout for each new user you refer, regardless of the number of people they subsequently invite to their organization.
Is there a limit on the number of users I can refer?​
No, there is no limit on the number of users you can refer.
