Is my data used for training?

We don't use your data for training. Additionally, Abacus.AI has enterprise agreements with LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google that protects customer data from being used for training LLMs.

Who can view my conversations?

Only you and the team members with whom you have shared the conversation URL can view your conversations.

How does ChatLLM ensure the security and privacy of my data?

Your data is encrypted at all times and we have enterprise compliance including SOC-2 Type-2 and HIPAA.
